The management of BARETI LUXURY SUITES is pleased to welcome you to our website. We kindly ask you to carefully read the rules of booking, cancellation, refund, as well as the rules of estate accommodation, check-in and check-out. By checking the icon in the "I agree with these terms" window, you thereby agree to these rules, and also give your consent to the transfer and use of personal data.
The website https://bareti-estate.com is operated on behalf of the Company FOULIDOU INGA KAI SIA EE (registration number 147221157000), FOULIDIS BORIS TOU IOANNI (registration number 151990657000) with registered address: Kallithea G69, Kassandria, Halkidiki Greece 63077, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Greece , acting on the basis of licenses on behalf of the Hellenic Tourism Organization:

Check-in / check-out rules:

  • The estate is open for you around the clock 24/7;
  • Check-in is from 15:00 local time;
  • Check-out until 11:00 local time;

The Early check-in service is subject to the availability of rooms at the estate on the date of arrival of guests, starting from 00:01 to 15:00. This service is not included in the room rate and is charged extra;

The Late check-out service is subject to availability at the estate on the date of departure of guests, starting from 11:00 to 23:59. This service is not included in the room rate and is charged additionally.

When checking in at the estate, please provide a voucher for your stay at the reception, as well as a proof of your identity.  

The price of the estate also includes use of the outdoor pool and sun loungers.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

1. To systematize the received requests for the provision of accommodation and additional services in the estate, the following terms determining the status of the received requests are used:

  • all requests received and paid in 100% amount have the status “Booked”;
  • requests received but not paid in the amount of 100% have the status of “Reserved”.

2. You can book or reserve a estate room, as well as additional services, in one of the  following ways:

  • independently, using the online search and booking system on our website https://bareti-estate.com;
  • by calling the estate receptionist +30 23740 22336; +30 698 3737932
  • by sending an email to the receptionist to the email address info@bareti-estate.com

3. Any request, regardless of its status, may be cancelled by the person who made the booking / reservation in compliance with the following conditions:

  • if you cancel your request less than 14 days before arrival, the penalty will be 100%;
  • if you cancel your request more than 14 days before arrival at the estate, no penalty will be charged.

4. In the process of booking/reserving the estate services, the Client has the opportunity to choose the payment method:

  • payment by bank cards;
  • payment against an invoice from a bank account.

5. When paying by bank cards, the payment is credited within a few minutes. When paying against the invoice from your bank account, the Client has 5 calendar days to make the payment and transfer funds to the estate’s bank account.

6. ATTENTION! When paying for reservations that include AIR TRAVEL, the payment must be made/credited to the estate's current account within 30 minutes from the booking/reservation. For these bookings, the payment terms specified in clause 5 hereof do not apply!

7. When booking / reserving the estate services more than 14 days before the arrival date, the payment of 100% must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date.

8. When booking / reserving the estate services less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the payment of 100% must be made at least 5 days before the date of arrival.

9. If booking/reservation of the estate services is made less than 5 days before the date of arrival, the payment of 100% must be made till 23:59 of the current day of booking / reservation.

10. After the Client receives a Confirmation letter on the estate services to be booked, any changes to any services or data in the booking are made free of charge. 11. Any changes and/or shifting of dates in the booking are made free of charge, subject to availability of rooms for these dates, with the corresponding adjustment of the total cost of the requested services for the new dates. To do this, the Client must contact the estate receptionist by e-mail info@bareti-estate.com, or by phone +30 23740 22336  +30 698 3737932

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds can be made in the following cases:

  • If you cancel your booking / reservation more than 14 days before the arrival date specified in the Confirmation letter.
  • In case of shifting the dates and / or changes in the data in the Confirmation letter, when such changes result in reducing the total cost of the estate services.

2. In the event of the cases specified in the previous paragraph, the Client has the right to either transfer the paid funds to another booking/reservation, or receive a refund.

3. The refund is made to the Client’s bank account within 14 calendar days from the date of the relevant request for the refund with the bank details and after approval by the estate receptionist of the amount to be refunded.

4. To request for a refund and agree on the amount to be refunded, the Client must contact the estate receptionist by e-mail: info@bareti-estate.com. The email must include the booking number and the reason for the refund.
